Geoff Mayer Massage understands that life happens and that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life.

Business meetings, project deadlines, double bookings, family issues, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In our desire to be affective, fair and considerate to all of my clients the following policies have been implemented.

 Lateness & Cancellation Policy

 New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time to allow time for you to fill out paperwork.

 Appointment Time

You will receive a SMS text/emailadvising you of appointment confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. A late arrival will cut into your massage time.

You will be considered a "No-Show" if you are not at your appointment within 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time without notification.

 Rescheduling - 24 Hour Notification

24 hours prior to appointment time, rescheduling may be done by logging in and selecting a new time.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late Notification and No Show

Appointments cannot be rescheduled one hour to appointment time and will be considered as a No Show. Not showing up for an appointment is considered a No Show and will result in a forfeit of your fully paid appointment that will not be rescheduled.
